EventXusa serves several people around the same event, but they should not all be forced through the same account or dashboard. The platform uses separate entry paths because each audience has a different job to do.
Organizer
Choose Organizer when you are creating or managing the event itself. This is where event setup, attendee operations, exhibitor coordination, commerce and event-day management live.
Exhibitor
Choose Exhibitor when an organizer has invited your company into an EventXusa-managed event. Your portal focuses on that event and the exhibitor workflows the organizer has made available.
Attendee
Choose Attendee when you want to find an event, register, retrieve a pass or use attendee-facing event access. A general platform account is not required.
Prize Draw Campaign
Choose Prize Draw Campaign when you are exhibiting somewhere independently and want EventXusa lead capture, QR entry, business card scanning and a live draw without needing the event organizer to use EventXusa.
